BOOTICCA insures the items during the transit period until delivery. We make deliveries against signature, responsibility for the purchase will therefore be transferred to you from that point on. If your BOOTICCA item is a gift or something similar, then the person who signed for the package will be the person responsible for the package.
At BOOTICCA we are strict on the quality of our items. This means that all returned items must be new, unworn or damaged and with tags. Damaged, stained or spoiled items may not be accepted and returned to customers. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org before returning an item with a defect, stain or otherwise.
At BOOTICCA we are happy to accept all unworn / worn items as return and have them returned to us within 7 days of receipt. It is important to note that the return costs are not covered by BOOTICCA, we suggest you use your local postal service and have a tracking number. Please make your return within 7 days of receipt. Payments will be credited to the original card of the purchase. Returns for refund are processed within 2-3 business days of receipt of the item. Card refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear in your bank account depending on your bank's timelines. Please verify this information with your bank before contacting us.
We cannot accept returns when they are returned within more than 7 days of receipt. We will not be able to resend returned items to you after 7 days.
Can I return two orders at the same time?
We follow a simple rule: only items from the same package can be returned in the same package.
By following this rule, your return will be processed more easily and you are guaranteed to be reimbursed on time.
If your order was sent in separate packages.
However, we ask that you do not send items from separate orders in the same package. We would be grateful if you could return them to us separately.
Order CancellationAll orders can be canceled until shipped. If your order has been paid for and you need to modify or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it cannot be canceled.
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or a reshipment for the products ordered if: you do not receive them within the guaranteed period (45 days excluding processing 2-5 days) you receive the wrong item you do not want the product you received (but you must return the item at your own expense, It is important to note that the return shipping cost is not covered by BOOTICCA and the item must not be used) We do not issue a refund if:
- your order does not arrive due to factors under your control (for example by providing the wrong delivery address)
- your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control (for example not cleared customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
